The Winco CCB-8 is an 8" bouillon strainer with an extra fine mesh. Give your custards, purees, soups, and sauces an ultra-smooth consistency with this 8" bouillon / chinois strainer. When not straining foods, this strainer is also ideal for dusting pastries with a fine layer of powdered ingredient. Pour the powder in the strainer and lightly shake for a fine dusting. The strainer also features an L-shaped hook so it can be hung over the side of a pot when not in use.
