Wells G-Series Electric Counter Top Griddles are ideal for any commercial kitchen based on their versatile, easy-to-use design. They feature one-half inch thick griddle plates for quick pre-heat, even heat distribution and fast recovery. Positive-off thermostats allow for individual zone temperature control and provide precise operator-controlled temperatures from 200Ā° to 450Ā° F (93Ā° to 232Ā° C). Enclosed tubular elements are clamped onto the bottom of the griddle plate for even heat distribution over the entire surface.
