This Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub reads ambient internal oven air temperatures instantly, allowing to track when baking surfaces reach prime heat levels.
The thermal monitoring system maximizes the outdoor cooking line equipment. Utilizing the included professional food probe, users can actively monitor the internal temperature of roasted meats, poultry, or fish. Bluetooth connectivity links the unit directly to mobile devices via the application, delivering instant target temperature alerts during food prep cycles.
This accessory is compatible multi-fuel or gas outdoor ovens. Installation requires mounting the bracket to the underside of the oven body using the included fixings, securing the thermocouple cables, and inserting 2 AA batteries.
- Maintenance Advice: Wipe the main hub with a damp cloth and hand washing the meat probe with hot, soapy water, avoiding any moisture submersion of the wiring.
