This steam table is constructed from galvanized steel with a heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel top and tank that can effectively prevent corrosion and stand up in a busy, high-traffic area. It features two wells that can each hold a standard-sized 12” x 20” food pan (sold separately). Each food pan is suspended over a large water tank with one heating element in the centre. The single tank design is simple to control with just one dial that can be adjusted up to a maximum temperature of 245°F.

This Nella steam table features an open storage cabinet right underneath the water tank for conveniently storing extra plates, utensils, and serving tools as needed. The top is completely open on both sides of the steam table making it ideal for buffets and cafeterias that provide self-service options to customers.
