The Nella 20 Qt. General Purpose Stand Mixer offers greater efficiency while creating your favourite baked goods and pastries. The large-capacity bowl and high-speed setting enables mixing to be completed in the shortest possible amount of time. The Nella baking mixer comes complete with a paddle, wire whip, hook, and stainless steel bowl for convenience. This unit features a safety guard and overload protection switch for added safety.
Nella's general purpose mixer has 3-speeds and comes with a stainless steel bowl, a safety guard, and 3 attachments - whip attachment, dough hook, and paddle:
- Whip attachment: Used for aerating mixtures such as whip cream, mousse, and meringue.
- Dough Hook: Used in bake shops and pizzerias
- Paddle: Used for blending or creaming products such as pie crust dough, cookie dough, scones, and cake fillings.
This mixer also features a #12 drive hub for compatible attachments and accessories.
