The Infrico IRT-UC48P Salad/Sandwich Prep Table utilizes R290 refrigerant to provide high energy efficiency while keeping temperatures between 0°C - 6°C (35°F - 41°F). This unit is built with all stainless steel to survive heavy use. High-density polyurethane insulation ensures thermal stability throughout the 14 Cu. Ft. internal cabinet.

This 48.5" model features 2 self-closing doors with a stay-open mechanism that engages after 95° to facilitate loading and cleaning tasks. The interior is organized with 4 plastic coated wire shelves supported by adjustable brackets for versatile storage. Snap-in door gaskets provide a tight seal and are easy to remove for regular sanitation.

Mobility is handled by 4" diameter casters with locks on the front set, allowing for easy placement within a commercial kitchen floor plan.
