The EFI Premier CPDR2-67VCP is a 67" 2-door refrigerated pizza prep table designed to enhance efficiency in commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and sandwich shops. It provides a dedicated, temperature-controlled workspace, allowing chefs to keep fresh ingredients readily accessible for quick and organized pizza assembly or sandwich creation.

Constructed with stainless steel exterior and a clear coated aluminum interior, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features 2 self-closing doors with recessed handles and magnetic gaskets, ensuring a positive seal and efficient temperature retention. Each door encloses adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage.

Performance is maintained by a digital controller that precisely regulates temperatures between 0°C and 4°C (33°F - 40°F). The system includes automatic defrost and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The prep table comes standard with 9 pan inserts to streamline daily operations. Furthermore, the CPDR2-67VCP is ready for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, offering optional EFI Cold Connect™ monitoring services.
