Description
The Crown Steam EMT-6 6-Gallon Electric Steam Kettle is a perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. This 208V / 3 Ph large capacity kettle is constructed with stainless steel and features an insulated double wall design that prevents heat loss and reduces energy costs. It has a built-in thermostat control and an adjustable steam valve for precise temperature control. The heavy duty heating element provides fast, even heating and the durable construction ensures long-lasting use.
The boiler shall be 24 kw, 24ā wide electric steam boiler cabinet. Polished stainless steel cabinet base shall be of modular design. The unit shall have 6ā (152mm) stainless steel legs, 4 adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor, reinforced stainless steel countertop and hinged door with magnetic latch. All piping shall be confined within the cabinet. The unit shall be automatically filled with water and brought to pressure when the power switch is turned on. Cold water condenser shall automatically condense exhausted steam in water before releasing it to drain. Boiler controls shall include automatic water level, automatic blowdown, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, pressure control with pressure safety control, safety relief valve, split water lines, and csd-1 controls secondary low water cut off.
