Grease interceptors have become the industry standard in grease management and are designed to separate non-petroleum fats, oils, and grease from wastewater.

Appearance and Composition

Canplas Endura tanks are constructed from molds in order to eliminate any seams that could potentially cause leakage. The eco-friendly, engineered thermoplastic material is durable and ensures tanks won’t corrode, chip, or peel even under harsh conditions.

This compact model (16.3” H x 14.5” W x 17.4” D ) takes up less space and can be installed right on top of the floor, in-floor, or slightly recessed. The tank’s cover can support an impressive 440 lb (220 kg) of pedestrian or light traffic, and its EZ-Open feature makes it easy to clean when necessary. A small 2” connection as well as an air tight silicone seal prevent odours from leaving the interceptor.

Flow Rate and Capacity

This Endura grease interceptor is able to operate at 220˚F (104˚C) and has a flow rate of 7 gallons per minute (GPM) with a minimum grease capacity of 14 lb. The Canplas patented baffle system, ensures top separation performance at a low flow rate.
